Phil Cuthbert is a Manchester  songwriter, guitarist, producer and all round creative whose fingerprints run through a few corners of UK guitar music – from 90s cult outfit Uglifruit and a stint with Mark Burgess’s post‑Chameleons project, to co‑writes with Noonday Underground that ended up as a Channel 4 theme. After years writing in the background and stepping back for family and work, he’s re‑emerged with self‑recorded material that revisits lost songs and introduces new ones, pairing sharp, guitar‑led melody with a DIY visual world he designs and produces himself.
